Where are the Workshops located?
Currently we run our beauty workshops in three venues in Brisbane.
One is in the Bayside Area
at Edes Salon – 222 Bay Terrace, Wynnum Central QLD 4178
One is closer to Brisbane City
at Little Mountain Studio – 17/109 Musgrave Rd, Red Hill QLD 4059
and one is in Bowen Hills
at Dudools Photography, 14/7 O’Connell Terrace, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.
What do I need to bring to the workshop?
Just your lovely self. We ask that you don’t wear any makeup to the workshops.
Feel free to bring along a notepad and pen if you want to take notes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since we have to book our venues for the workshops we are sorry but can’t refund any bookings. However if you have a big issue we maybe able to move you to another workshop. So give us a call on 1300 295 136 or email us at admin@bluebirdnaturalbeauty.com.au and we can see what we can do.
If you do not turn up to a workshop that you have registered for we are sorry but we cannot offer a refund.
The workshop is full, can you add a spot for me?
We want everyone in our beauty workshops to have the best experience. This is why we limit the number of participants.
Once the workshops that we have online are full we try to book a new one as soon as possible. The best thing to do is to give us a call on 1300 295 136 or email us at admin@bluebirdnaturalbeauty.com.au
Then when we book a new workshop we will let you know.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Its easy, just head to our “Redeem Voucher” section of our website under “Workshops” and follow the links to use the voucher.
If you have any problems go to the “Contact Us” page and we will get back to you ASAP.
I have a voucher that expires soon. But all your workshops are full?!?!
It is okay! Don’t stress.
Simply send us an email to admin@bluebirdnaturalbeauty.com.au with the details of your voucher and we will work something out for you.
Why are you only in Brisbane?
Currently we only have the resources to run beauty workshops and parties in Brisbane.
However we hope to expand to other major cities in Australia soon.
If you really want to attend one of our workshops or host a party but you don’t live in Brisbane. Send us an email at admin@bluebirdnaturalbeauty.com.au and we will endeavour to arrange something.
